Artpanel Bellflowers
木象嵌パネル　桔梗

I am making the petals of the bellflower. The material is a hardwood called Purple Heart.
桔梗の花の部分を作っていきます。材料はパープルハートと言う固い木材です。

I shaded the purple heart veneer by pouring hot sand.
熱した砂をかける事で焦がして影をつけてました。
